Description: Have you ever wondered why the sinless Jesus would need to be baptized? In this episode, Zach, Brandon, and Jill dive into this profound question, uncovering how Jesus’ baptism was both a moment of identification with humanity and a coronation as the King. They explore its connection to Old Testament themes of redemption and the great exchange of sin for righteousness central to the Gospel. The conversation highlights the vital role of the Holy Spirit in the life of believers, the relational nature of truth embodied in Christ, and the authority of Jesus rooted in His baptism and identity as the Son of God. With reflections on the triune nature of God, the importance of community engagement, and the practical call to submit to Christ, this discussion offers a deeper understanding of faith and its transformative power.
