Description: Shawn and Brittney Krznaric have been together for 13 years and married for 9. They have two children Tristan (7) and Teagan (4) who are the reason they got into real estate investing. After giving birth to their son, Shawn was working as a carpenter 12 hour days 5-7 days per week and Brittney a nurse manager at a busy Emergency Department with unpredictable hours. They were burning the candle at both ends and felt like they were missing precious time with their son. Shawn always wanted to get into real estate, but Brittney was hesitant. After having their daughter, Shawn talked with a friend who recommended they read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and everything changed. They bought one house and learned a lot, then decided to keep going. Fast forward to today they own multiple long term rentals and one short term vacation home with plans to buy many more. Brittney worked with Jenn and Joe for two years as their acquisitions manager, and was able to learn a ton about the world of creative financing. The knowledge she has gained has helped her, and her husband leave their w2 jobs and become full-time real estate investors in 2023.
