She lovingly guided me as I became aware of my spirit guides and helped me heal from a life transition. A few reiki healers later I was now communicating with my guides and angels. Not really knowing what to do with all this information, I basically talked on the phone a lot! Helping my friends and family with whatever their heartache was at the time. After a move to another state, I was led to be mentored by one of the best medical intuitives in the country. She taught me how to trust my intuition as well as the complexities of medical intuition. For the last decade it's been busy. I have been taught how to journey by a shaman, taken advanced classes developing my psychic and mediumship ability, and have become certified in Family Constellation Therapy. I made the leap to practice officially several years ago. Word of mouth and the beautiful people I have been able to help have spread the message of my practice. I have been blessed with the best healing team of women to guide me on my path. I am humbled and so very grateful to be helped by them and spirit. Thank you to Samara, Lori-Lyn, Doe, Miki, Tina, Laurie, Marie, Samantha, Denise, Nishaan and Karie. I found my calling because of you. Personally, I love cooking - not so much cleaning, a secret love for Below Deck and Captain Lee, The Lake in The North and the Gulf in The South, and birds. Yep, birds of any kind. Also, I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend. I was sent the most patient, loving and open husband. His belief in me has made this all possible. Thank you, David. 💕julie

Julie Foster, MD, has been board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 2000. She was trained in Medical Acupuncture by the Academy of Pain Research in 2015 and became an energy healer in 2021. Dr. Foster blends western, eastern, and energy medicine techniques to help you find a way to heal. She opened Flowing Chi Medical in 2017 to have more time with patients and explore the realm of medical acupuncture so that she could help them heal instead of offering them a pharmaceutical band-aid over a 5-minute visit. She realized that diseases can be cured by releasing the emotional blockages in the body's energy meridians that cause disease. Listing to this week's Spotify Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3jhlYAY4Pmgq3cEoNJ9Pep?si=befeb36fa1a34a2c   Takeaways   The 'Great Depression of human capital' refers to the shortage of talent caused by the retirement of baby boomers and the smaller number of Gen Xers to replace them. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the human capital shortage as more baby boomers retire and some workers choose to leave the workforce. The rise of the gig economy and the option of remote work have given employees more choices and flexibility, making it challenging for companies to attract and retain top talent. Companies need to adapt their hiring and onboarding processes to accommodate remote work and build trust with employees. Ghosting, where candidates or employers abruptly cut off communication during the hiring process, is a growing problem. Multiple interviews and effective communication can help minimize ghosting. Building a strong corporate culture and creating a positive work environment can help attract and retain talent. Trust and effective communication are crucial in addressing the challenges of finding top talent and managing remote or hybrid work models. AI will disrupt certain jobs in the advertising industry, but recruiters will still play a crucial role in finding and evaluating talent. Recruiters need to adapt to new technologies and use them to enhance their work, such as using AI-powered tools for internal communication and candidate sourcing. The remote workforce is here to stay, and companies should embrace it to attract and retain top talent. Job changes have increased in recent years, and recruiters need to be proactive in finding and engaging passive job seekers. Music has a powerful impact on our lives and can evoke strong emotions and memories.
