I then learned in 2017 that all of this was a big lie. The problem wasn't me. The problem was my unresolved childhood trauma. I was an adult child - and that there were other people who once felt exactly as I did and found a way to recover. That was the moment my life began. I have spent the subsequent years diligently working on unearthing the person I was always meant to be.
