However, does Harvard really want all the information about their endowments, lack of intellectual diversity and due process, separate racial graduations, safe spaces and use of student loans made public? And I would welcome it because then I would tell my radical students, "You can't wear a mask. I'd like you to, but the federal government won't let me." Or, "We can't have racially segregated dorms anymore, theme houses. I'd like to, but it's against the law." And that would be their way out.
