After securing 8% off in Vegas I pushed for more in L.A. However, things escalated when a sales rep rudely hung up on me after demanding my client be physically present within 60 minutes — despite it being impossible as she was in Utah. After reaching the General Sales Manager, he apologized and was able to provide a competitive price. Later I gave the sales rep’s name, and the GSM responded, 'I have a new janitor'.
