NYC to SF with CYCLE IMOK
Podcast: History of the BayPublished On: Thu Aug 27 2026
Description: Cycle has been putting it down in the graffiti world from Connecticut, New York, Washington DC, San Francisco, and back. He got into the skating culture of the 80's before entering the graffiti scene of the tristate area. From there, Cycle's studies as an art student took him to different cities and he continued painting wherever he went. Eventually returning to NYC, he now focuses on his art career but still maintains a passion for his graffiti roots. --Essential Bay Area Rap Playlist: https://fanlink.tv/historyofthebay-playlist--Join the Patreon: https://patreon.com/dregsone--0:00 Connecticut4:20 Skating9:45 Getting into graffiti21:23 IMOK crew24:11 Washington DC37:48 Baltimore 39:23 Moving to SF54:11 BA crew59:35 Tie1:07:13 Art school1:17:16 Smith1:22:57 Legal art world
