Description: Most peptides get knocked for having no human trials. ARA-290 is one of the few that does. Randomized, placebo-controlled studies show it regrowing small nerve fibers. In this masterclass I walk through where it came from. It was built out of EPO, the kidney hormone made famous by blood doping. The researchers kept the tissue repair side and left out the red blood cell side. So no rise in hematocrit, which is how thick your blood runs, and no added clotting risk.I cover who this is for. Mainly diabetic neuropathy, small fiber neuropathy from sarcoidosis, and unexplained burning nerve pain. I also cover who should skip it. If a herniated disc is pressing on a nerve, this won't decompress anything. Then we get practical. The 2017 trial found 4 mg a day beat both 1 mg and 8 mg. I go through cycling, week by week expectations, and why I'd run it before BPC-157 and TB-500. I explain why some vials gel up and how phosphate-buffered saline fixes it.The limits are in here too. The longest trial ran twelve weeks. The long COVID use is anecdotal only.I don't use it myself. I don't have neuropathy. But if nerve pain is your problem, this one can be a godsend. For research and entertainment purposes only.
